The next day we went to Mt. Trashmore! and played at a playground!

In the evenings we went to the Beach where it was WINDY and very cold. be we knew that better beach days were ahead.

On Sept 14 my Parents and sister and brother-in -law met us in Myrtle Beach for the first Clark family vacation. We had a great time. To sum it up the guys golfed every morning, the girls had beach time with the kids. Then we all met in the room for lunch. Then while the kids were napping the girls went to the beach. OH, it was great! I really enjoyed the sun. I was also able to do my bible study right there on the beach that was so cool to be outside at my favorite place reading God's word!

It was a fun week. And we look forward to our next Clark family vacation!!

Virginia Beach

Travis had a business trip to Virginia Beach so the kids and i decied to go with him. We left September 9th. We stayed at a a Beautiful Willimasburg Inn and had a great time. The first day the kids and I went to check out the Children's Museum. It was so much fun. The kids enjoyed all the different activities especially the bubble making... which i wasnt' too fond of since they got all sticky......... we played and played then had to pull Caleb out of the Thomas the Train area... crying.... He really like those trains. He even hid one in the toy chest and said that he could play with it later hopefully it will still be there if we ever go back....
Then we ate at KFC!! What a fun experience in the downtown area!!!
Then we drove home over the drawbridge and i found both the kids asleep! I called Travis to come help me get them up to our room ! He came and helped then they both were wide awake after 3 flights of stairs.... we we went to the mall.... I was a fun first day on our own in Virginia!!!

I can't believe that Fall is here. I have been reading everybody blogs today and I started feeling bad that mine is so far behind ! SO i am going to post new pics right now!!

We went to Gatlinburg Tn for a few days with Travis's Family. We all had a great time!
We saw these Bears as we were driving in Cades Cove.. So awesome to see bears doing what they do.
